Refund policy

Unfortunately, Earthsent products cannot be returned as they are personal care goods. We also will not accept returns on gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to keep receipt or proof of purchase. A photo may be required.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange

We only exchange if the item is defective or damaged. Please get in touch.

Refunds

Refunds may be approved for special circumstances. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please allow for a payment processing period.
